APPLICATIONS

Bread, cakes, cookies and baked goods:
White bread with an equivalent dietary fibre content as whole-wheat bread is possible through the use of inulin. Its water binding capacity affects the dough viscosity.

Dairy and Dairy-Like:  yogurt, milk drinks, ice cream, rice milk drinks, soy milk drinks..

Inulin extract improves the texture and mouthfeel of low-fat yogurts.

Inulin allows for fat and sugar replacement in ice cream formulations, delivering both technological as well as nutritional benefits, such as:

Cereals & cereal bars

In extruded cereals inulin helps to substantially increase the fibre content of products. Addition of 3-7% in the finished product affects neither the colour nor the taste of the product.
